Acquisitions:

At Menashe Properties, we are always looking to acquire new assets in the Portland Metro Area or across the bridge in Vancouver, Washington.

We are a value added buyer that will look at all types of commercial real estate in any and all asset classes.

We look to purchase anything from $2,000,000 - $25,000,000

The family owned aspect and small nature of our office allow us to make extremely quick decisions on deals. Further, our low debt to equity ratio on our portfolio gives us an opportunity to close many deals with all cash.


Lending:

Additionally at Menashe Properties, we are extremely active in the private money market.

We look to lend anywhere from $300,000 to $3,000,000. All loans must be securitized by real estate.

Our terms are extremely competitive in the marketplace and we are willing to work with borrowers and get creative in order to make a deal work for both parties.

We do not use any specific or standardized formulas to calculate Loan to Value ratios or our level of comfort on any deal. We understand that every deal is unique and different and we can and will adjust accordingly.
